Refunds
We do not provide refunds for a change of heart. However, we appreciate your business, and under the following conditions, we will consider accepting returns:- If you receive your product in faulty condition or there is substantial damage. To be considered, please email us an attached photo of the damage or faulty product at tictacplayco@gmail.com. For more information, see below.
Faulty or damaged products need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but we will do our best to make your experience with Tic-Tac-Play a great one.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your refund, please send us an email at tictacplayco@gmail.com with the following information:
- Pictures of the damage or faulty product
- Name and email address of the person who placed the order
- Name and email address of the person who received the order (if different)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank as there may be processing delays.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at tictacplayco@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at tictacplayco@gmail.com. We will provide further instructions via email.Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us at tictacplayco@gmail.com and we will provide instructions.
Please note:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
